About Peak Yoga
Peak Yoga is committed to you getting the most out of your yoga practice with us, which is why we personally assist every student in every class. At our studio you’ll find all- level classes which welcome beginners and advanced students alike. With an acute focus on alignment, breath, and the mind-body connection, you’ll find classes which are physically challenging and mentally rejuvenating. We welcome all students regardless of experience, flexibility or physical fitness and offer modifications throughout our classes to accommodate all bodies.
