About Peak Yoga
Peak Yoga is committed
to you getting the most out of your yoga practice with us, which is why we personally assist every student in every class. At our studio you’ll find all levels classes which welcome beginners and advanced students alike. With an acute focus on alignment, breath, and the mind-body connection, you’ll find classes which are physically challenging and mentally rejuvenating. We welcome all students regardless of experience, flexibility or physical fitness and offer modifications throughout our classes to accommodate all bodies. Our classes are rooted in vinyasa and power yoga traditions. Vinyasa is a style of yoga in which poses flow from one to another and breath is synchronized with movement. Power is a more athletic and faster paced vinyasa, so be prepared to sweat. All classes are set to music and practiced in a heated studio.
