If you attend 2 classes/week on this membership your per-class rate is: $11.40 / class
If you attend 3 classes/week on this membership your per-class rate is: $7.60 / class

Basic Membership (4 Classes per Month)

$49.00 / month ($12.25 / class)
Additional classes are $14.00 drop-in.
Classes from this membership must be used within one billing cycle. They can not roll-over to the next billing cycle.

 

Autopay Membership Terms
THREE MONTH MINIMUM COMMITMENT
Membership requires a three (3) month commitment. Student may use a combination of more than one type of membership (“Unlimited Membership” and/or “Four Classes per Month Membership”) to meet that commitment.

 

SUSPENSIONS
Memberships can be suspended (put on hold) at any time, even before the minimum commitment is met. Minimum suspension is two (2) weeks and the maximum is twelve (12) weeks. A membership suspension will move the membership autopayment date forward by the amount of time of the suspension. During a membership suspension student will not be able to attend classes at Peak Yoga without an alternate form of payment such as a drop-in.

 

AUTO RENEW
All memberships will auto-renew monthly using the debit or credit card on student file.

 

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
Memberships can be upgraded/downgraded between “Four Classes per Month Membership” and “Unlimited Membership” as often as the student wants.
● Accounts can upgrade with the next month’s billing OR between billing dates by purchasing a “Tier Upgrade” for $25.00
● Downgrade can only be done at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

 

TERMINATION
After the minimum commitment has been reached, membership may be terminated. Termination before the minimum commitment has been met may incur a fee of one (1) month of current membership fee.

All requests must be submitted at least 14 business days prior to the next billing cycle.
Once purchased, there are no refunds for memberships. This includes downgrades.

DISCOUNTS: Ten percent discount off all classes for Summit County RESIDENTS who are: school district employees (K-12), firefighters, nurses, paramedics, students, seniors (60), service members and their spouses. Thirty percent discount off all classes for Alpine Bank Center residents, Alpine Bank Center employees, and Comfort Suites employees. In-studio purchase required to receive discounts.



Discounts do not apply to “Autopay Memberships”.
